Norgen Biotek is a leading Canadian biotechnology company looking for a bright, driven Maintenance Supervisor to join our organization.

**Job Duties**
- Perform all duties in a safe manner.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance team members in accordance with project budgets and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and test equipment across all departments.
- Performing property development work such as painting, concrete work, drywall installation, etc. as needed.
- Schedule maintenance along with production requirements.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and monitoring of all equipment.
- Performing and recording work orders.
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in the use of all tools of trade.
- 6-12 months in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- A curious mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
- Strong work ethic and highly motivated.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Detailed record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate projects with other team members.
- Ability to set and communicate project timelines, deadlines, and updates.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office for record keeping.

*Please note: A minimum of 6 months’ experience using AutoCAD is required for this role.*

Pay: $52,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
