Allied Universal is currently searching for a Security Site Supervisor in North York, ON.

**Job Posting**:Security Site Supervisor
**Location**: North York, ON (near Dufferin & Steeles)
**Pay Rate**: $23.46/hour
**Schedule**:Full-Time** - Rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights)

**About the Role**:
**Site-Specific Requirements (Pharmaceutical Facility)**:
As a condition of assignment, proof of vaccination is required for the following:

- Diphtheria
- Pertussis
- Tetanus
- Flu

Vaccinations are covered under provincial health plans. Allied Universal will reimburse any additional associated costs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support security team members on shift
- Enforce site policies and maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct regular patrols (on foot and by vehicle)
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of all incidents and daily activities
- Communicate effectively with site staff, management, and Allied Universal leadership
- Facilitate smooth shift hand-overs and maintain continuity in operations

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- **Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a security role**
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or corporate office setting preferred
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Valid **Ontario G-class driver's license and clean driving record.**
- Must be** 25 years of age or older** (for company vehicle insurance eligibility)
- Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada
- CPR and **Standard First Aid certification** (or willingness to obtain; reimbursement provided)
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Comfortable performing foot patrols and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
