Synergy Protection Group Inc is seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Supervisor to join our team at our esteemed site at North York. As a security professional at our organization, you'll play a crucial role in upholding the safety and security of our officers, staff, and visitors in North York, Ontario.

**Job Title**: Security Supervisor
**Location**: North York
**Employment Type**: Full-Time Rotation
**Shift**: Day
**Pay Rate**: $22.00/hr

**Job Duties**:

- Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Patrolling and monitoring designated areas
- Interacting with the public with a customer service approach to security
- Monitor and control access at defined facility and property entry control points and assigned security posts
- Escalating and assisting law enforcement as required
- Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents

**Requirements**:

- A valid Ontario security license
- Minimum 2 years of security Supervisor experience is required
- Valid driving G license required
- Completion of post-secondary studies in Law & security/police foundations diploma program is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Can stay alert at all times
- Ability to respond well to emergency situations
