Customer Onboarding Specialist

We're moving into the next chapter of our company's growth and are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team
**Who You Are**:
A reliable and energetic project-management guru You leverage your experience in onboarding and implementations to develop training that sets customers up for success and generates excitement. With an aptitude for learning technical products inside and out, you are the go-to resource for clients and support teams alike, and have a strong ability to breakdown complex concepts to help others understand. You consistently seek opportunity to improve your own knowledge, and leverage your insights from customer interactions to deliver feedback and recommendations for product and process improvements.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Become a Cardata systems expert and build a deep understanding of our clients’ needs
- Own the implementation process of clients from start to finish, ensuring clients and their employees are set up for success on the Cardata system
- Facilitate a smooth handoff from the Sales to Implementation
- Create a positive first impression of the Cardata system for customers through engaging and smooth implementation processes
- Facilitate seamless transition of newly onboarded clients and their employees to the Customer Support team, including coordinating additional support and training
- Be an on-going resource for the customer support team, helping to answer complex product questions
- Recommend process and product improvements based on your findings from working directly with clients
**What You'll Bring**:
- 3+ years’ experience as an Onboarding Specialist, Implementation Consultant or similar role, preferably in an enterprise SaaS business
- Proven ability to learn complex software tools quickly
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Skilled at communicating complex technical products to various stakeholders with clarity and professionalism
- Experience working across teams in a fast-paced environments
