**Job Title**: Onboarding Specialist

**Location**:1243 Islington Ave Floor 2

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

**Salary**: $21.50 per hour

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**New Customer Onboarding**:

- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Provide comprehensive information about our products/services and answer any queries customers may have.

**Sales Background**:

- Leverage sales skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services during the onboarding process.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.

**Data Entry**:

- Accurately enter customer information and details into our database system.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity throughout the onboarding process.

**Third-Party Verification Calls**:

- Conduct third-party verification calls to validate customer information and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Clearly communicate verification processes to customers and address any concerns or questions.

**Customer Support**:

- Provide ongoing support to customers during the onboarding phase, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and onboarding progress.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data entry and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable conducting third-party verification calls.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

**Salary**: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Toronto, ON M9A 1Y9 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Toronto, ON M9A 1Y9: Relocate before starting work (required)
