As Transdev Canada continues its rapid expansion across the country, the opportunities are vast, and the challenges significant Your responsibilities will include: - Support in Proposal Writing: Assist the Rail team with tender submissions and provide support to local teams as needed. - Strategic Monitoring and Market Studies: Contribute to Transdev annual strategic planning and long-term vision, including media monitoring and analyzing trends and market data. - Client Marketing: Analyze clients and marketing needs, create consistent marketing tools to support business development efforts. - CRM: Manage and enhance the BtoG (Business to Governments) CRM system, coordinate with "key users” across Canada, produce commercial reports, conduct analyses, and automate processes to improve efficiency. - Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Development **Qualifications And **Requirements** - Language Proficiency: bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken. - 1 - 2 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Finance, Marketing, Consulting, or a related field. - Prior experience in the public transportation industry is an asset. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Availability starting January 2025. **Skills** And **Attributes** - Strong interest in the transportation sector and sustainable mobility. - Excellent writing and formatting skills, and attention to detail. - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Eagerness to learn **Why** Work for Us?*** - An essential and dynamic service industry, with a positive impact on communities and environment. - A rewarding career with a growing company, with local and global footprint. - Opportunities for professional growth and advancement into senior roles. - Exposure to diverse projects and varied responsibilities. - Supportive company culture and work environment. **Additional** Information** - Permanent, full-time position. - Office in Brossard, QC (Du Quartier REM station) - Hybrid work options available Transdev Canada is committed to providing accommodations for individuals with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
