**About us**:
Kaizen Health Group is a well-known massage therapy clinic with multiple locations throughout Mississauga. Our services have expanded into aesthetic treatments and we are looking for driven individuals to join and help grow our brand in the medical aesthetics industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a wide range of aesthetic services to clients, including but not limited to: facials, face and head massage, laser IPL (Sharplight) and radio frequency contouring.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products by Dermalogica
- Perform aesthetic procedures with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Uphold high standards of sanitation and sterilization
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure client satisfaction
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
- Upsell retail products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals
- Must be able to reliably commute between locations

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an aesthetician or in a similar role, diploma/certificate required
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and trends
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide personalized recommendations
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, **experience with Sharplight and Dermalogica considered an asset**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
