Role Description
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in sales enablement and sales operations, supporting the sales team through the full sales lifecycle and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all sales activities. This role enables sellers to focus on revenue generation by managing administrative, operational, and coordination tasks across internal teams and customer-facing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Support
- Enable the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle
- Coordinate preparation of proposals, quotes, statements of work (SOWs), and renewals
- Help maintain accurate opportunity data, activities, and forecasts within the CRM system
- Ensure sales materials and documentation are complete, compliant, and up to date
Customer & Partner Coordination
- Support customer engagement during pre-sales phases
- Assist with customer communications related to pricing, contracts, renewals, and service transitions
Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist leadership on scope, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Support contract processing, approvals, and handoff to service delivery teams
- Help maintain sales collateral, rate cards, and MSSP service documentation
- Assist with sales reporting, pipeline visibility, and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in sales support, enablement, sales operations, or customer service roles
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity, MSSP, MSP, or technology services
- Familiarity with managed security offerings (e.g., MDR, SIEM, SOC, vulnerability management)
- Experience supporting B2B or enterprise sales teams
- Basic understanding of contracts, SOWs, and pricing models
