Canadian Light Truck Warehouse/RBL Warehouse is one of the largest after-market Truck and Jeep Accessory Distributor in Western Canada. From truck caps to lift kits, we offer a wide range of accessories to our Canadian customer base. We operate 2 large warehouses in Surrey and Edmonton.

Our Order Desk is currently hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative (CSR). Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the CSR is responsible for the processing of orders related our Warehouse as well as providing administrative support and general clerical/phone duties

**Responsibilities**:

- Order Desk duties including enter orders and create pick ticket and work order
- Train customers and educate customers on our online customer portal
- Use chat tools online to serve customers
- Make daily outbound targeted calls to educate customers of what we sell
- Make customer service follow-up calls
- Actively participate in all programs and procedures that drive sales
- Be aware of current promotional items and the correct pricing
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Retain product knowledge and advise customers of the features, advantages and benefits of our products and services
- Address customer issues and complaints in a professional, friendly manner

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues in a timely manner

**Qualifications**:

- Previous work experience in the after-market Truck and Jeep accessories industry an asset but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, writing and reading)
- Professional telephone skills to handle inbound and outbound calls
- Proficient at Excel, Word, Microsoft outlook
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
