**Front Counter Representative**

This role is open for Kal Tire store located at **3360 PORTAGE AVE** **WINNIPEG** **MB** **R3K 0Z1**

**What’s the role?**

Reporting to the Store Manager, the **_Front Counter Sales Representative_** is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers, responding to inquiries, providing service quotes, processing sales transactions, being a product and services expert and more

**Hours**:
Full Time, Permanent
5 days a week 8:30AM -5:00PM

**What kind of person are we looking for?**
- You’re interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high energy, fast paced team environment.
- You have outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences, every time.
- You have 1 year experience in a customer service, counter or inside sales role. (preferred)
- You have a demonstrated understanding of automotive/ related industry, Aptitude for learning product knowledge.
- You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 30-50 lb tires around as needed.
- You’re always safety conscious, wear your required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
- Capable of building trusting relationships with the retail and commercial customers
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods
- Being good at effective problem solving, planning, and organizing.
