**WHAT DOES IT TAKE?**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Utilize market research and data analysis techniques to identify and qualify potential leads demonstrating genuine interest and need for AKTEK iQ services, ensuring a targeted approach to lead generation and prospecting.
- Conduct comprehensive research to pinpoint key decision-makers within target organizations and gain a deep understanding of their specific business needs and challenges.
- Identify patterns and trends in prospect behavior to optimize outreach tactics and refine targeting criteria, ensuring maximum efficiency in prospecting activities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in telephone-based communication, engaging prospects confidently and building rapport to facilitate productive conversations and advance business opportunities.
- Strategically schedule high-quality appointments and product demonstrations with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to sales conversion.
- Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams (business development, marketing, customer success) to refine lead generation strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive overall business growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities through continuous learning and networking, leveraging insights to inform sales strategies and approaches.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence to enhance lead generation strategies and target the right audience segments effectively.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and address their pain points.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Data-driven and research-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated passion for research, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Autonomous and interested in self-growth.
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and logic in equal measures.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
- Understanding of tech/data in one or more market vertical(s) of relevance to AKTEK.
- Self-starter - comfortable working 100% remotely and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
- A “people person” with great communication skills - expertise as a relationship builder.
- Results-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules.
- Strong emotional intelligence with a natural ability to empathize with clients’ perspectives and needs.
- Native-level or advanced English proficiency.
- (Optional) Proficiency in written and spoken French.
