**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze weather data and forecasts to prepare timely estimates for snow removal operations.
- Collaborate with staff to assess site conditions and client requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing labour, materials, equipment, and time requirements.
- Communicate with clients to gather all necessary information for bid preparation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain competitive quotes.
- Maintain accurate records of estimated and actual costs.
- Participate in bid reviews and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in snow maintenance and Landscaping is mandatory.
- Knowledge of LMN software and GPS Software (Fleet Complete)
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Gmail
- Strong understanding of snow removal processes and equipment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certification in estimating or project management is preferred.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
