In doing so, we expect the **Systems - Data Analyst** to help the Precision Team to build and run a world-class delivery operation exceeding stakeholder expectation, including the expectations of the Company, Vendor Partners, Customers, Employees, and Independent Owner Operators (IOO’s).

The **Systems - Data Analyst** is responsible for a variety of tasks including visualization, munging, mining, manipulating, organizing, and processing of large amounts of Business Intelligence data into meaningful reports and dashboards. In short, they are story tellers and problem solvers with a design-thinking mindset. They may also have to perform queries and optimization actions within databases and work with other team members to improve data collection and quality processes.

Experience with any of the following; Microsoft Excel, MS Power Platform, Power Query, SQL, R, M, SAS, Python and DAX would be deemed an asset to a successful **Systems - Data Analyst**. The **Systems - Data Analyst** should also know how to clean, prepare, and validate data for analysis and modeling that will ultimately plug into Business Intelligence visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Always learning, the ideal **Systems - Data Analyst** uses data to inspire change. They are innovative and analytical thinkers and love using their creativity and logical reasoning to assist them in solving complex problems.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- _ Collect, filter and clean data by setting up processes for data mining, data cleansing, and data warehousing_
- _ Design queries and reporting methodology that automates and optimizes database workloads and efficiencies_
- _ Use statistical techniques to and analyze data and produce dashboards and reports_
- _ Assist to establish key business results by working with various stakeholders_
- _ Interpret and Communicate findings and proposals to stakeholders_
- _ Track and explore metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades_
- _ Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed_

**Qualifications**:

- _ Understanding or certification in PowerQuery, SQL, R, SAS, M, Python or DAX_
- _ Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power Bi or Tableau_
- _ Advanced Excel skills (Macros/VBA, Formulas, Pivot tables, Charts etc.) _
- _Along with demonstrable technical skills, the Data Analyst ideally possesses a post-secondary education preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics or Mathematics_
- _ At least 2- 3 years of Supply Chain Management or Logistics experience is preferred_
- _ Strong analytical skills: thorough understanding of statistical modeling and other mathematical concepts, can quickly draw insights from complex data_
- _ Proven ability to work cross-functionally, with a customer-driven focus and a sense of urgency_
- _ Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate clear, concise, and implementable solutions to all levels within the Organization_
