Testia is an international company specialised in aerostructure inspections and integrity and aerospace non-destructive testing.

With a unique range of NDT products and services, Testia is the end-to-end aerospace NDT provider. It offers a broad range of NDT and quality inspection equipment for quick and efficient analysis of structures, components and assembly. Testia also trains and qualifies personnel in all NDT methods, at all qualification levels, as well as provide inspections, consultancy and engineering services.

Office Assistant
Based in: Mirabel, QC, Canada
Full-time job / Part-time job (40 hours per week)

**Mission**:
Under the supervision of the Testia Canada administrative & quality manager your tasks include:
**Human Resources**:
- Payroll interface with the payroll firm
- Employment contract management
- Expense report management
- Visa/immigration management
- Benefits management
- Employee entry
- Travel Management/Booking Service/Expenses
- Rules of procedure
- KPI group Testia
- Legal topics
- Recruitment/Training Plan/Employee Monitoring
- Management Annual interviews
**Accounting**:
- Interface with the accounting firm and the Head of Finance
- Verification and validation of beneficiaries and payments via bank payment system
- Management of means of payment
- Creation, sending of invoices and customer reminders
- First validation of monthly reports
- Investment management
- Financial administration
- Benefits management
**Administrative**:
- Purchasing management (seeking and creation of suppliers until receipt of products and services)
- Management of sending/receiving parcels and post mails
- Phone calls management in support of the teams
- Daily administrative management
- Operational logistics support
**Requirements and skills**:
- Human resources management skills
- Knowledge of the Canada/Quebec labor law
- Basic knowledge in accounting
- Strong organization skills
- Fluent English and French compulsory
You shall be flexible, organized, rigorous and autonomous, as well as being a people-person with good writing skills.
To be Canadian citizen or resident is mandatory.
