At **Bravo Target Safety** our priority is to get all workers home safely every day. It is our duty to conduct all operations in a safe and professional manner with accountability to our employees, clients, and other stakeholders. We provide safety coordination, project planning and trained safety personnel for turn-around, construction, drilling and day-to-day field operations.
**Bravo Target Safety** is looking for an experienced, career-minded **Branch** **Administrator **to join our team. The **Branch** **Administrator **will be required to perform an array of administrative duties including receptionist duties. The **Branch** **Administrator **is also accountable for drafting, reviewing and editing time-sensitive correspondence sent by the management team.
**Job Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to all departmental members
- Perform basic bookkeeping functions
- Complete and review all expense reports, invoices, payroll time entry and other relevant monetary documents
- Review and prepare all documents, reports and other correspondence materials for the management team
- Coordinate departmental office activities
- Maintain daily appointments of all management and executive members
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
- Assist with report and presentation preparation
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, executives and visitors
- Maintain and monitor office and shop supply inventory levels and place orders as required
- Prepare travel arrangements with a keen attention to detail
- Scheduling appointments for all departmental managers
- Drafting, reviewing and editing time-sensitive correspondence sent by the management team
- Plan and organize meetings and special events as assigned
- Attend meetings, take minutes and create agendas
- Maintain assigned records and databases
- Stay current on Administrative and office management best practices
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Be fit for duty daily
- Comply with all of Bravo Target Safety’s and/or Clients rules and expectation
- Proven track record of exceptional internal and external customer service
- Demonstrate leadership in all aspects of the job
- Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with solid organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well with a wide variety of people including office, field staff, diverse cultures, and various work experience levels
- Politically and culturally sensitive
- Ability to use general office equipment effectively
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects
- High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion
- Pro-active, motivated individual with the ability to work under own initiative without direction
- The ability to prioritize and organize own workload in an effective and accurate manner, whilst working within broad guidelines
- Willing to take on additional tasks as required and learn new skills
- Willingness and ability to undertake training needed in order to fulfil the changing requirements of the job
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Post Secondary certificate in an Office Administration, Business, or related field of study considered an asset
- 2 years experience as a Branch Administrator, or relevant role, considered an asset
- Experience in the Safety industry preferred but any oil field experience is considered and asset
- Previous experience of using databases to provide reports preferred
