**Position Title: Office Administrator**

**Reports to: Branch Manager**

**Position summary**:
The Office Administrator is primarily responsible for keeping the office/team organized so processes can be completed in a timely manner. This will be a part time support role, as such they will assist in maintaining the workflow already in place.

**What you’ll do**
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Adhere to ZyTech’s safety, quality assurance and standard operating procedures and policies.
- Other tasks as assigned by your manager (with the scope of the position).

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in the following:

- Software tools, MS Office, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, etc.
- Office Administration.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 24 per week
