**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are currently looking for an experienced
- ** SERVICE COORDINATOR** to join our team in our
- **Teeswater**
**, ON **operation. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for:
- Interfacing with customers for service-related inquiries
- Monitoring, managing, prioritizing, and scheduling the following tasks in an efficient manner
- equipment installations
- annual maintenance
- emergency service calls
- regulatory inspections (gas-check / comprehensive)
- Maintaining customer account information
- Registering customers for warranty coverage
- Completing purchase orders for incoming equipment, tanks, and materials
- Maintaining inventory levels as required
- Completing other office administration duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**:
- 3- 5 years’ service coordination experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organization, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Working knowledge of TSSA, WHMIS & OPA requirements considered an asset
