The Warehouse Manager will report to the Deployment Manager and will be responsible for the receipt, recording, storing, issuance and tracking of materials and equipment at the warehouse.

**What You'll Do Here**:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy.- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, for reporting and communication with team members and management.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management.- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication.- Train new staff on warehouse operations and safety protocols.- Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise within the warehouse.- Responsible for the receipt, storage location maintenance, issuance, and tracking of materials and equipment.- Coordinate, support, prepare, and review delivery documents.- Coordinate with buyers and/or expeditors regarding shipment issues.- Follow the project-specific material control plan, project quality assurance, and receiving inspection.- Ensure that all tools are correctly identified, safely stored, and preserved in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements.- Follow the project health, safety, and environmental requirements.

**What You Bring to the Team**:
- 5 years + experience in materials management and logistics.- Technical education or equivalent experience.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to deliver and perform tasks with mínimal supervision.

The expected pay range for this position is between $85,000 - $120,000.
