The Warehouse Manager will report to the Deployment Manager and will be responsible for the receipt, recording, storing, issuance and tracking of materials and equipment at the warehouse.
**What You'll Do Here**:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, for reporting and communication with team members and management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication.
- Train new staff on warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise within the warehouse.
- Responsible for the receipt, storage location maintenance, issuance, and tracking of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate, support, prepare, and review delivery documents.
- Coordinate with buyers and/or expeditors regarding shipment issues.
- Follow the project-specific material control plan, project quality assurance, and receiving inspection.
- Ensure that all tools are correctly identified, safely stored, and preserved in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements.
- Follow the project health, safety, and environmental requirements.
**What You Bring to the Team**:
- 5 years + experience in materials management and logistics.
- Technical education or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver and perform tasks with mínimal supervision.
The expected pay range for this position is between $85,000 - $120,000.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $85,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
