**Position Overview**
We’re seeking driven, reliable Sales Consultants who are ready to step into a professional sales role with **uncapped earning potential**. You’ll work on-site in our **Markham office**, handling **warm inbound leads only**—no cold calling required.

**Schedule Options**:

- **Morning Shift**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Evening Shift**: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Choose the schedule that best suits your lifestyle and commitments. On a monthly Rotation Schedule.

**Ideal Commute**:
We’re conveniently located for applicants in **Markham, Scarborough, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Vaughan, Stouffville**, and surrounding areas.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Speak with potential customers through warm, qualified leads
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with each client
- Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term trust
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed goals
- Represent Norsteel with professionalism and honesty at every step

- Sales experience is helpful but not required—training provided
