Randy has several different tasks, assisting with equipment failures in production, repairing electronic boards, investigating customer returns and following up on the test bench maintenance plan.

- Ready to help electronic technicians prioritize production actions using data and performance indicators,
- Maximize production support to minimize production downtime caused by equipment failure,
- Support and train on more complex electronic disorders,
- Coordinate with planning and production engineering various interventions on the test benches,
- Analyze electronic board or test bench failure data to maximize board repairs and interventions,
- Integrate, coach and train new electronic technicians to reach their full potential,
- Energize the team by promoting a friendly atmosphere in the workshop.
