**SUMMARY OF THE POSITION**

**RESPONSABILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Invoicing and receivable accounts
- Payable accounts
- Bank reconciliation
- Journal entry
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Assist with yearend preparation
- Maintain all relevant internal process functions
- Assist with government filings and banking
- Participate to the review of bookkeeping/accounting processes and streamline procedures
- Actively participate in business development initiatives
- Perform related assignments and special projects as required
- General administration

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Post-secondary Bookkeeping and/or Accounting Designation
- 3 years direct experience in a Bookkeeping/Accounting Specialist role
- Ability to work independently, motivated and confident
- Resourcefulness and autonomy
- Acceptance of no less than full accuracy and finest detail
- Attitude is everything
- Bilingual English and French an asset

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- Start date: as soon as possible.
- Schedule type: Full-time.
- Group insurance after 3 months term of probation
- RRSP after one year of continuous work
- Summer schedule - Friday afternoon off
