**Qualifications**:

- Master's level degree in Social Work or Psychology with a minimum of three years of clinical work within a community setting
- Specialized training in trauma and/or EMDR is required in addition to current knowledge and experience working with grief, loss and spirituality
- Experience with interdisciplinary bio-psychosocial model of care
- Demonstrated understanding of Indigenous Culture and Northern communities
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Word processing and computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work

**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
