**Fresenius Kabi Canada is seeking a **Business Insights Manager** to join our growing team supporting our exciting Biosimilars portfolio**

**The Impact You Will Make**:
Fresenius Kabi is combining its long-standing presence in the healthcare market with newly acquired biosimilar expertise to successfully bring additional high-quality and life-changing products to Canadian patients.

The Business Insights Manager, Biosimilars will be part of the core Biosimilars team and report to the Director. The Business Insights Manager will specialize in designing, collecting and assimilating data then interpreting it to identify insights, opportunities, attitudes, changes and trends. The Business Insights Manager utilizes competitive information, in-house and field market data to perform analyses that drive strategic decisions.

This role will be vital in creating a successful strategy for a pipeline of products. The potential to contribute to the sustainability of the Canadian Health Care System and increase access to vital medicines is very much a reality of this role, division and company.
- Assess Market, develop forecasts, input necessary data into financial models
- Develop the long-range planning forecast. Includes development and continual improvement of forecasting models and assumptions
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the future biosimilar pipeline products
- Collect and analyze data through modern and traditional methods
- Lead in the design of qualitative and quantitative custom market research projects
- Interpret data and produce substantiated recommendations
- Make meaningful and actionable recommendations to the biosimilars team based on insights
- Proactively share and present market research reports and data analysis throughout the team and organization
- Research competitors and compile data for benchmarking
- Advise management on new innovations in market research, and create new ways to meet the needs of a changing marketplace
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies
- Provide sales reports
- Work closely with the Director, the Product Manager, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Market Research firms
- Develop and maintain relationships with Fresenius Kabi Global Business Unit and USA counterparts
- Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional team
- Interact with field, consultants and customers to provide feedback for product refinement and future products
- Interact closely with the Finance Department regarding forecasts and financial analysis
**What You’ll Bring**

Knowledge & Experience._ You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or another relevant field. You have at least 3 years’ working experience as a market researcher/ business analyst in the healthcare industry. Experience in launching new products in the Canadian market is a definite asset.
