As a Senior Director of Marketing, Consulting Business at Reach3, you will: Strategy & Leadership Define and execute the marketing strategy for Reach3 Insights and Angus Reid Group, aligned with each brand’s growth priorities and market positioning. Build and maintain brand equity through consistent, high‑quality thought leadership and storytelling. Partner with senior business leaders and consultants to identify marketing opportunities and amplify insights‑led content. Manage external agencies, freelancers and contractors to deliver key priorities efficiently and at high standard. Collaborate closely with the central marketing team to ensure brand alignment and leverage shared resources. Content & Thought Leadership Lead creation of content that reinforces brand authority — blogs, ebooks, articles, social posts and customer case studies. Translate proprietary research and consulting expertise into clear, marketable insights and storylines that differentiate the brands. Co‑develop thought leadership assets with subject matter experts reflecting each business’s perspective on evolving market trends. Maintain editorial excellence and brand consistency across all channels. Digital Presence & Campaign Execution Oversee the brands’ digital presence (website, SEO, social media) ensuring consistent messaging and strong engagement. Develop and execute email marketing and nurture campaigns designed to drive awareness, influence and credibility—not volume‑based lead generation. Use analytics to measure reach and impact of campaigns, optimizing for visibility and influence within target audiences. Stakeholder Management Act as central marketing partner for senior consulting leaders across multiple business units, managing diverse needs, priorities and expectations. Coordinate messaging and content development across stakeholders to maintain clarity and alignment. Build strong internal relationships that foster collaboration and ensure marketing is tightly connected to business strategy and client delivery. This may be the right opportunity for you if you have: 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing within consulting, professional services or market research organizations. Proven track record building brand authority and thought leadership programs that elevate market presence and influence. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to navigate complex organizations and competing priorities. Strong writing and storytelling ability; capable of shaping insights and intellectual capital into compelling narratives. Experience managing agencies, freelancers and contractors to deliver quality work on time and on budget. Hands‑on experience with content marketing, SEO and email marketing best practices. Experience in the market research or consumer insights industry is highly desirable. Strategic mindset with a bias for action—comfortable moving between big‑picture strategy and detailed execution.
