**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Managing the accounts payable process and all invoices for the different locations and Taverns
- Ensuring proper allocation of expenses and taxes across multiple provinces
- Reconciling and processing electronic fund payments to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Communicating and maintaining relationships with key business contacts
- Maintaining electronic payable approval and filing system
- Reconciling account receivable and payments from third party apps and customers
- Assisting with bank reconciliation preparation
- Recording of capital asset acquisitions and disposals

**Preference will be given to individual with the follow experience and characteristics**:

- Experience in an accounting role
- Teamwork and strong customer service orientation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to work within and meet deadlines
- Cooperative team player with the motivation and willingness to experience a fast-paced environment
- A good sense of humour is a must
