**About Us**: The Taylor Automotive Group is an industry leader with a commitment to quality and integrity. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Post accounts payable invoices, reconcile supplier statements and process payments to suppliers.
- Reconcile daily receipts and post deposits and adjustments accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.
- Answer phones and greet customers for Taylor Automotive Group when coverage is required.
- Data entry, filing and other accounting tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in accounting. Automotive experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, task focused and a passion for accuracy in financial data.
- Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
- Experienced using accounting software and proficiency in Excel.
- Employ an analytical approach to critique information and facts.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members, in person and on the telephone.
- Excellent customer service skills including superb telephone demeanor with active listening.
- Flexible and open to change; initiative to take on special tasks as needed.
