Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Sales Manager for our Cam Clark Ford in the Richmond, BC location.

You will be accountable for:
- Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
- Motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all sales employees
- Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with regulations that affect vehicle sales
- Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing always
- Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals
- Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system
- Develops, implements and monitors a follow-up system for vehicle purchasers
- Maintains vehicle inventory. Monitors customers likes and dislikes, lost sales, and dealership sales history and conducts local market analyses to determine which vehicles to stock
- Conducts daily and weekly sales and sales training meetings
- Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines
- Other related duties
To be successful, you must have:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving abstract.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Ability to lead a sales team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
