**What You’ll Do**:

- Operate rollers to compact asphalt, soil, or other materials for road construction and paving projects.
- Collaborate with crew members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure work meets project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a Roller Operator (preferred).
- Strong understanding of compaction techniques and equipment operations.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physically demanding tasks.
- A safety-first mindset with attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $30.00-$32.91 per hour

Additional pay:
