Program Leader, Sales Enablement

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and sales goals.
- Collaborate internally to include, product, sales, marketing IT and compliance to identify sales enablement needs and opportunities.
- Create sales enablement tools and programs to support the sales process from prospecting to closing, including sales playbooks, training materials, presentations and collateral. Note, this will be in collaboration with our product and marketing teams.
- Co-lead with product and marketing the development and delivery of sales training programs, workshops and events to enhance the knowledge, skills and capabilities of our sales teams.
- Implement sales technology solutions using Salesforce to streamline processes and improve sales effectiveness.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of of sales enablement initiatives and track progress towards sales targets and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to sales leadership for coaching, mentorship and performance management.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends and innovations in sales enablement to continuously enhance our approach.
**Qualifications**
- University degree required.
- Delivery Focused: 8-10 years' experience in the successful delivery of sales enablement.
- Collaborative: Proven success in managing and building relationships with internal stakeholders and with external partners and providers.
- Strong Communicator: Highly effective written and verbal communication and facilitation skills, with an ability to provide updates to all levels.
- Influencer: Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to successfully operate in a highly dynamic, high pressure and fast paced environment. Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change and ambiguity.
- Solution Focused: Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and be effective in a role that is constantly evolving. Innovative problem solver with an ability to effectively identify and resolve project issues and present complex ideas clearly.
- Knows the Industry: Experience in the Financial Services industry. Stays current on iA Clarington's strategy and key priorities.
