**T**he** impact you'll have
The Program Manager - Sales Leader Enablement collaborates with the Director, Training & Enablement and senior business stakeholders to craft and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy for Sales Leaders at Softchoice. This role ensures that Sales Leaders are equipped with the necessary sales skills, processes, and systems knowledge to effectively coach and develop their teams, drive business growth and achieve targets. Key responsibilities include supporting the onboarding of new sales leaders, facilitating ongoing skills development, and developing and evangelizing the Softchoice Sales Methodology.
To excel in this role, you should be an expert in learning and enablement best practices, possess strong influencing skills, and have a proven ability to secure buy-in from stakeholders. Experience in leading sales teams and certifications in recognized sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or BANT are highly desirable.
**What you'll do**
- **Enablement Strategy and Programming**
- Develop the sales leader competency framework.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales leader enablement strategy.
- Design and implement new leader onboarding and ongoing development programs.
- Ensure leaders are equipped with the skills and knowledge to drive business growth.
- **Collaboration and Implementation**
- Collaborate with various departments, business stakeholders including senior and executive leadership to align on the Softchoice Sales Methodology.
- Lead and manage program design and implementation to provide sales leaders with the necessary resources.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence among sales leaders.
- **Driving Performance Improvement**
- Focus on driving the best outputs from sales leaders by providing targeted coaching and development.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
- Continuously assess and refine enablement strategies to ensure optimal performance.
**What you'll bring to the table**
- Over 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven sales leadership experience.
- Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills.
- Lead through influence.
- Expertise in adult learning best practices.
- Expertise in sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDPICC, and BANT.
- An undergraduate degree is preferred.
- Quarterly travel to sales leader summits across North America.
