**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Prepare outgoing mail for couriers on a daily basis
- Maintain reception area and office space, arranging repairs when needed
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as staff onboarding and offboarding, equipment, supplies, forms, storage and disposal of assets, and security services
- Manage relationships with certain vendors and suppliers, including building management
- Place orders, track, and process invoices for office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with the IT team to resolve technical issues
- Assist the Customer Service team with processing refunds
- Assist the Accounting team with mailing out cheques, running reports, and scanning expenses
- Provide additional support to various teams as required

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Great Plains and/ or AvidXchange is an asset
- Experience planning events for 50+ staff is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Minimum 3 years of office experience or in similar role
- A diploma or degree in administration or equivalent
