My Catering Group is a locally owned, catering company operating cafes in some of Canada’s most renowned cultural institutions: the Canadian Museum of History, the Canadian War Museum, and the Canadian Museum of Nature. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and delicious food.

**Position: Bilingual Line Cook**

We are seeking a bilingual line cook to join our dedicated kitchen team at the Canadian Museum of History. In this role, you will play a key part in the prep and execution of a high-volume kitchen in a busy, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and organize workstations for smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain par levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient workflow
- Prepare and cook dishes to order, adhering to My Bistro’s high standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with prepping for large events and internal deliveries as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and efficient service of food

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken) is required
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small, close-knit team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism
