**Responsabilités**
- Accueillir et servir les clients en **français et en anglais**:

- Présenter le menu, expliquer les plats et faire des recommandations
- Prendre les commandes et servir les repas et boissons
- Assurer la satisfaction des clients tout au long du service
- Encaisser les paiements à l’aide du système **Cluster POS**:

- Garder les tables et les aires de service propres
- Aider l’équipe pendant les périodes achalandées
- Maintenir les standards de propreté et d’hygiène du restaurant

**Exigences**
- **Bilingue (français / anglais)** — requis
- Expérience en restauration ou service à la clientèle (un atout)
- Bonne attitude, ponctualité et travail d’équipe
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide
- Disponibilité les soirs et fins de semaine

Restaurant Krong Thai is a small Asian restaurant in Gatineau serving authentic Thai, Cambodian, and Vietnamese cuisine.
We’re a close-knit, welcoming team providing warm, professional service in a family-style environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and serve guests in **both English and French**:

- Present the menu, describe dishes, and make recommendations
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Handle payments using the **Cluster POS system**:

- Keep tables and service areas clean and organized
- Assist other staff during busy periods
- Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene standards

**Requirements**:

- **Bilingual (English / French)** — required
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience (asset)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Available evenings and weekends
