**POSITION PROFILE**

This role is responsible for interfacing directly with our client base to assist with orders related to IT hardware/software as well as drive net new business. This role will be exclusively responsible for Technology Sales procurement and sales activity for the IT Services division.

The role may work closely with field sales, operations, sales support and internal management to assist in the overall growth of hardware/software sales within the company. The incumbent will be the front line of communication for our client community and will also respond to various requests for quotes, orders, and post-sales support activities. This role is also responsible for executing orders that can achieve pricing levels that fit the needs of our client community while maximizing profit margins on each transaction.

_Revenue Growth _- Ongoing contribution to sales activity and pipeline growth

_Order Management _- Front line response for all account management requests

_Team Collaboration _- ongoing communication with internal team

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES**
- Revenue Growth_
- Generates proactive marketing promotions for selected products/services to clients and prospects on a regular basis
- Achieve sales activity and pipeline growth goals and track within the CRM database
- Maintains ongoing strategic meetings with clients to discuss sales activity & potential growth areas
- Order Management_
- Provides front-line response/account management for all requests such as requests for quotes, orders, order status or billing inquiries
- Find and assist in making decisions on suppliers for orders on a transactional basis that ensures competitiveness and maximizes profitability
- Submit orders to the procurement team upon client approval to create purchase order
- Team Collaboration_
- Participate in regularly scheduled conference calls and team meetings, which would include:
o Strategic sales calls

o Sales team calls IT Services division

o Client meetings at their discretion

o Communicate daily transactional information between the clients and the IT Weapons procurement team
- Other Duties/Projects_
- As assigned

**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- BA or BS degree preferred, or equivalent combination in computer science or business related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of successful sales experience in a Technology Sales area preferred
- Must possess exceptional time management & organizational skills
- High level understanding of IT hardware/software
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Able to work in a fast paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication and follow up.
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
