❗ Position Overview

We’re hiring an **experienced dispatcher**to join our Operations team. This is a **full-time, on-site role**. You’ll play a key role in coordinating shipments, working with our in house to ensure smooth delivery execution.

**Experience is required** — and a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.

❗ Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch freight shipments across Canada and the U.S.
- Perform track-and-trace duties and provide timely updates to customers
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation and confirmations
- Resolve service issues proactively and professionally
- Collaborate with other coordinators and departments to ensure seamless operations
- Establish relationships with customs and carriers

❗ Qualifications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Able to work on-site Monday-Friday at our Vaughan office
- Education or coursework in logistics, business, or supply chain
- Previous roles in dispatch, customer service, or administration
- Familiarity with CRM or TMS platforms
