Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Woodbridge ON, for the position of Car Hauler Dispatcher. The Car Hauler Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling vehicle pickups and deliveries, managing logistics for car haulers, and maintaining communication with drivers and customers to ensure timely and accurate service. The role also entails monitoring transportation routes, addressing operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Experience with scheduling, logistics, and dispatching in the transportation or automotive industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency with technology tools such as dispatch software, GPS tracking, and basic computer applications like Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and ensure smooth transportation processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and an understanding of industry standards is an asset.
  • Previous experience in vehicle logistics or car hauling industry is preferred but not required.
