**Job Summary**

**Requirements**:

- **1 year working in Landscaping is the fundamental requirement**

If you have worked in similar physical job, landscaping is physical and we do have other roles that require you to be able to dig, lift, carry and push.
- Good technical ability in hard landscape construction including groundworks, paving, block and brickwork.

All aspects of horticulture; specialized and more general
- Garden clearance and seasonal work
- Tending to beds, borders and containers
- Specialized pruning and trimming
- Ability to follow instructions and complete each task properly that is given to you
- Good communication skills across team members, external trades, clients and designers
- Able to maintain a safe and clean working environment, it is the assistant's job to keep site tidy.
- Maintain good and safe working order of all tools, vehicles, plant, equipment and machinery on site. Well maintained tools mean jobs are easier to compete to a high standard
- Good level of spoken English
- Driving License
- Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive approach when challenges arise
- Must be able to take initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- A pro-active and can-do attitude
- Good time-management

Our locations of work our North and West Vancouver and the Kits Beach area. Please consider these locations as commutes to work from your location via our space before applying.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Driver's License (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
