**Your Role**:
As Crew Chief, you’ll take charge of projects, ensuring the highest standards in landscaping, hardscaping, and artificial turf installation. You’ll lead and motivate your crew, manage timelines efficiently, and act as the friendly, professional face of Turf Team when interacting with clients and vendors.

**About Yourself**:

- **Experience Matters**: At least 2 years in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction.
- **Leadership Skills**:You’ve managed crews before and know how to inspire and organize a team.
- **Work Ethic**: You’re reliable, responsible, and ready to put in the effort to see projects through.
- **Attention to Detail**: Our trucks and equipment are in your care, and safety is always your top priority.
- **Physical Ability**: This job requires lifting heavy weights and using light equipment safely and efficiently.
- **Charisma Counts**:Whether it’s managing your crew or chatting with a client, you’re great with people.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience driving trailers.
- Skills in quoting landscaping or construction projects.
- Proficiency with skid steers and mini excavators.
- A history of providing excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- A valid BC driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 8-10 months

Pay: $33.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 60 per week
