**Outside Sales Representatives (Food Services)**
**Fulltime**
Yen Bros., Food Service (2011) Ltd., is one of the progressive food service distributors that have a history of more than 5 decades in business. Our business is family-owned and serves our customers six days a week across the Lower Mainland area.
We believe our people are the foundation of our success and value our Sales/Business Development representatives who lead the way to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers. To provide continued service to our esteemed customers we are looking for a full-time Sales/Business development representative to serve our customers across Lower Mainland Area.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Organize and plan business territory coverage using Yen Brother Food Service product tool and business guidelines
- Present, promote and sell products and services to customers influencing them to our process
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
- Support existing and new customers providing expert knowledge and solutions specific to Foodservice operators. This may include arranging product demonstrations, product taste tests, new product launches, creating awareness campaigns and participating in business promotion events
- Ensure to update the client and sales information on timely basis in corporate system of record
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and through reference calls
- Resolve all customer problems and complaints to maximize the satisfaction
- Achieve the sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Co-ordinate sales team and other department team members to resolve all the outstanding issues
- Assist Account receivables team to collect the outstanding dues from the customers
- Analyze the market/business district areas prospects to track, develop, increase and build new business avenues
- Prepare and maintain all business proposals documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
- Prepare and present sales presentations in a professional and effective manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and awareness of company activities, business trends, and government regulations
- To stay ahead of the competition
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- **Excellent knowledge of Produce, Groceries products, and industry**:
- **Work Experience 2-4 years (Selling Produce, Groceries and other product to Hotels, Restaurants 1-2 years preferred)**
- Business Diploma or University graduation
- Legally entitled to work in Canada with Reliable four-wheeler to drive around
- Well-groomed, with the ability to wear professional attire on a daily basis
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence clients
- Must hold a Valid Driving license and be able to drive around the client locations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and carry excellent work ethic
