We're currently seeking applicants for the Inside Sales position within our Building Services department. This role is multifaceted and operates from our office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilizing databases to spot potential customers.
- Regularly updating the management team with lead generation reports.
- Being the primary contact for inside sales inquiries and following up on quotation requests.
- Managing scheduling and appointments for our Account Executives.
- Maintaining precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using our CRM system.
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Consistently engaging with existing clients to uncover further opportunities.
- Fulfilling other assigned duties.
- We're seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives in collaborative settings.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with our esteemed clientele.
- The ability to foster strong relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in inside sales or a related B2B environment is preferred.
- Competency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
**_ Hourly Wage: $19.00/hr._
