**Job Overview**

**Duties**
**- General admin duties
- Light bookkeeping, filing, scanning, computer work, scheduling, inventory tracking, coordinating trades for ongoing projects
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Create and send out outstanding invoices
- Supervise and support trades staff in daily tasks and projects
- Handle cashiering of the store front, clerical, and payroll duties
- Assist in recruiting, training, and managing team members
- Utilize math skills for inventory management and financial transactions
- Drive retail sales through effective sales management strategies
- Support the Manager in market analysis and implementing marketing initiatives

**Requirements**:

- **Knowledge of the constructionindustry
**- **Ability to work on MACOS computers and software
- Strong computer skills and telephone handling skills
- Proficient with Microsoft word, excel, outlook
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong supervisory and team management skills
- Proficiency in cashiering, payroll, and basic math
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in sales management is a plus

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:
