We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting solar energy solutions. You will engage with potential customers, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to project completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including canvassing areas, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess customers' energy needs and present solar solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and government incentives.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals, addressing customer concerns and objections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
