**Position**: Experienced Loader Operator
- **Looking for EXPERIENCED Heavy Equipment Operators only - in person drive test required to be hired.**

**Hiring Experienced Operators to drive
- NEW John Deere 344, 444, 524, 624 and 644**

**L**ocation**: Report directly to site at various locations in the GTA

**Pay**: $35-$70 per hour (no standby pay) or up to $40 per hour with $300/week standby

**Contract Dates**: November 15th, 2024 - March 31st, 2025

**Role Overview**:
As an Experienced Loader Operator, you’ll be on-call 24/7 during the winter to ensure safe and efficient snow removal. You’ll operate heavy equipment like loaders and snowplows to maintain clear and safe conditions for our clients. Reliability, quick response times, and safety are essential in this role.

- **Track Time**: Use our timekeeping app to log hours.

**Job Type**:
Part-time, seasonal

**Schedule**:
On-call during the winter season, with weekends as needed.

**Experience Required**:

- 1+ years operating heavy equipment, particularly loaders and snowplows.
