Role Description

This is a seasonal role for a Skidsteer, Loader, and Plow Truck Operators based in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include operating skid steers, loaders, and plow trucks safely and efficiently to perform snow removal, material handling, and other tasks as required. The role demands adherence to safety protocols, daily equipment inspections, and occasional collaboration with team members to ensure project success. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining machines and reporting any required repairs to management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in operating skid steers, loaders, and plow trucks
  • Practical knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety standards
  • Ability to work under diverse weather conditions and a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Class 3 license considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in snow removal operations, material handling, or construction projects is advantageous
