We’re seeking a **Transaction Coordinator** who excels at managing real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and stress-free experience for clients and agents alike.

**Your Mission**:
As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be the essential link between agents, clients, and key stakeholders, ensuring that every transaction is executed flawlessly. Your role will include:

- **Deadline Tracking**: Monitor key deadlines and follow up with all parties to keep transactions on schedule.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they arise.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously refine transaction management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure all files are up to date for all transactions.
- **Support & Coordination**: Provide top-notch administrative support to agents, ensuring seamless transaction flow.
- **Listing Audits**: Audit all listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with RECA guidelines.
- **Administrative Support**: Providing backup and support to our Front End staff with inbound calls, providing excellent customer service.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Skills & Experience**:

- **Real Estate Experience**: 1+ year of experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or a similar role.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional accuracy in handling contracts, dates, and compliance requirements.
- **Strong Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless coordination between multiple parties.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Skilled at managing multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency with tools like Google Suite, CRMs, and transaction management platforms.
- **Problem-Solving Mindset**: Resourceful and proactive in anticipating and addressing potential issues.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative and eager to contribute to the team’s success.
- **Mathematical Proficiency**: Strong understanding of math and formulas to ensure accuracy in financial calculations and contract details.
