Job Titile : Product Manager - SAAS Application

Location : Remote

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and own the **product roadmap** for our SaaS platform based on customer needs, market trends, and company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to **define and deliver product features** and improvements.
- Conduct **customer and market research**, gather user feedback, and translate insights into product requirements (PRDs, user stories).
- Prioritize product backlog using frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW) and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
- Lead cross-functional **agile development teams** through planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance metrics (NPS, churn, retention, usage analytics) and iterate to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and evangelize the product internally and externally.
- Work closely with **Sales and Customer Success** teams to understand client needs and support go-to-market strategies.
- Stay up to date on **competitive landscape**, technology trends, and SaaS best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in **product management**, preferably in a **SaaS or B2B environment**.
- Proven ability to launch and scale SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of **agile development methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Excellent **communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills**.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to drive decision-making.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with API-based platforms or integrations.
- Familiarity with customer onboarding, subscription billing, or multi-tenant SaaS systems.
- Technical background or experience working closely with software engineering teams.
