We have an opening for an **Operations Analyst**:your responsibilities will be to provide Mid-Office support to our facility **Centennial Villa**.

**Location**: 15 Shoreham Ln Suite 101, Halifax, NS B3P 2R3

**Position**:Permanent Full Time
- Monday
- Friday

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Quarterly & Year End Accruals
- Y.E. Accrual Adjustments
- Quarterly & Year End Reconciliations internally and for the Dept. of Seniors & Long-Term Care
- Pension Reconciliation
- T4 Preparation
- Overseeing time & attendance software (SSC)
- Overseeing Resident Billing & Resident Trust Account
- Others as requested

**Qualifications and Competencies**:

- A degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience
- Excellent and proven computer skills combine with strong knowledge of software packages including SAGE, Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Must be able to perform a variety of tasks within time limited deadlines.
- Strong reading, verbal and written communication skills, organizational, problem-solving, conflict resolution skills required
- High attention to detail and possesses
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in Long Term Care and/or Unionized environments are an asset, but not essential

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
