**The Opportunity**:
IMP Group is searching for a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to join our IT department. Under the direction of the Director, Networks and Cybersecurity, the Cybersecurity Operations Analyst will be an integral part of a team responsible for information security.

**What You Will Do**:

- Assess security posture, identify gaps, and enhance infrastructure to minimize the impact of security-related events to protect business operations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on daily operations and implementation projects
- Perform general cloud security activities in compliance with IMP Group’s IT Security Policy
- Implement and monitor security baselines in a multi-tenant environment
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationship relationships with client stakeholders
- On call for service outages

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- Post-secondary education in Information Technology or comparable experience
- 2 years of experience with knowledge of IT infrastructure and services in the following areas:

- Office 365 security administration
- Identity management - Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, PAM
- Third party integration experience
- Strong time management skills to manage multiple activities and changing priorities
- Knowledge and experience with NIST or other cybersecurity frameworks
- Demonstrate professionalism through communication and overall conduct
- Customer focused - Patient, approachable, and able to adapt
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Industry certifications in cloud security are considered an asset
- Eligibility for Canadian government security clearance
