**Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company**
As a member of the M365 Support department, you would be reporting to a support lead. Working from anywhere (Canada or USA) or in one of our modern offices (Sherbrooke or Montreal) at Sherweb we are all about offering choices to our valued employees. You will be providing high-quality technical support by offering the best customer service in the industry to our clients in more than 100 countries worldwide. You will be accountable and responsible for the overall customer experience you offer as well as the resolution of technical issues related to our Microsoft products and services.
**Here's what your day-to-day may look like**
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to our Microsoft products and services
- Provide a customer centric approach to trouble management with the highest focus on quality
- Problem isolation and resolution
- Proactively and comprehensively document customer issues
- Options to work on various other dept related activities/initiatives
**If you have at least half of these skills, you will fit right in with us**
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written (required)
- Experience managing clients in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Availability for varying work shifts (on rotation) : days, evenings, nights and weekends (required)
- Desire to continuously update your technical knowledge through certifications and other self paced training
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 as well as Intune, Azure or Windows server 2008/2008R2/2008/2012/2016
- AEC or DEC in Computer Science are strong assets
- You are result-oriented and have the ability to assimilate technical concepts
- You are organized, resourceful, autonomous and have a facility to learn new concepts
- You like to analyze and are good at solving problems
